logMetricForCount(String name, int quantity, Map<String, String> tags)是否已经不支持 #2316

pom中使用 3.0.1, cat-client 时有 logMetricForCount(String name, int quantity, Map<String, String> tags)，支持 tag 的方法。

com.dianping.cat
cat-client
3.0.1

如果换成 3.1.0 版本的 cat-client, 则没有该方法。是不是后来不支持了？

而且， 3.0.1 的客户端使用这个方法上报，服务端在 decode 的时候，会缺少数据。

有知道为什么不支持 tag 特性的朋友吗？或者应该用哪个版本代码可以支持 tag 特性？谢谢！
