We have many problems where AWS returns an error message that is not easily understood by our users like
not authorized to perform: lambda:CreateFunction on resource: arn:aws:lambda:eu-west-1:0123456789:function:my-func with an explicit deny in a service control policy
I would like to be able to detect such errors and output my own text into the GitHub Actions workflow that will advise the user what the error means and instruct them on what to do to resolve it.
Is there any way that I can access the terraform apply log in a subsequent step, search for the presence of a phrase and then output my own message?
