Inactive account

When I launch TempBox it shows all my emails as Inactive, but I can still login at Mail.tm. I don't recall doing anything to inactivate my emails.

How do I activate my emails in TempBox?

just happened to me too this afternoon. web works but local app shows no email an inactive. flushed web to only 2 emails and re-downloaded mac app.

Also have the same issue, in the meantime I've been using mail.tm direcly with the password in TempBox

did anyone solve it? The email address in TempBox which i used showed as "in active" now and i cant get the actual mail on this address. is there any method to make it active again? ive tried to redownload the app and deleted some of the emails but its still "in active". I really need a help, i am gonna lose an account which is really important for me cuz i cant reset the password

You can still access your emails at the Mail.tm website. Just use the username and password stored in tempmail to log in.
