Notification bar not visible

I tried with the code but the notification bar not visible,
Device Os : Android 12

@sunildholpuria123 .... I had tested in android 10 and 11 and the notification was working
Also, It might be possible that Download is very fast and it's not displaying since it came and went. Try adding a large size file to download also I have not added the runtime notification support for android 13.

But it' was not working for me may be due my compiled and target SDK version is 34.
I fixed it with changing pending intent flag ie. PendingIntent_Flag_UpdateCurrent to PendingIntent_Flag_Immutable.
