These functions appear to allow sending raw commands without turning off the NFC field.

I’m not sure what exactly they should be named, but some form of documentation should probably be added to reflect this.

I have no idea if it might be the same, but it seems weird to me that you’re opening an issue against a Switch library, using a 3DS program as a reference. Would also seem weird if it were the same without it being added from the beginning.
