facts has been taken care of by #37
now remaining only prevention

Since @luizvarella refactored it. Would be nice to have the right place to hack preventions on.

@AfolabiOlaoluwa totally correct... Yes, we should get this onto Luiz's refactor... and in fact, also transfer the previous one for facts in there as well.
