Synchronize shell and k9s contexts

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Whenever I open k9s with a given current context "X" selected, k9s opens automatically with this context selected.
However, when I switch the context from inside k9s to context "Y" and then I go back to the shell (for example to do some Helm commands, which would be very cool to do from k9s itself, TBH), the previous "X" context is selected back, which leads to seriously undesired results if one does not notice it...

I would like both contexts (shell and k9s) to be automatically synchronized.
