Issue Description

Suggest that [role="img"] elements must have an alternative text change to [role="img"] elements must have alternative text
Rule ID: role-img-alt

Please feel free to correct me if I am wrong but I think 'alternative text' is considered plural and therefore the word 'an' is not grammatically correct in the name of this rule and reads oddly
