deployer/recipes is archived though not PHP8 compliant

Hello there, https://github.com/deployphp/recipes has been marked as abandonned in packagist + github but it looks like this happened a bit too soon:

• It is locked to php: ~7.0, preventing project upgrades to PHP 8
• Deployer 7.0 hasn't been released as a stable version yet
• Documentation is still about deployer 6.x (some stuff has been removed / moved and the doc doesn't reflect changes).

Can you please at least change composer requirement of deployer/recipes so that it accepts php: >= 7.0 and tag a patch?
