HashiCorp Inc. is listed in the Code of Conduct. Can we replace this with denoland or similar?

The community guidelines has a few references to HashiCorp email address. Maybe we can copy-and-paste the CoC into this repo and replace HashiCorp with denoland related wording.

We could also just remove it.
