Lots of this messages of this release OS X version is not supported, also lots of install permission error messages.
And docker-machine did not work there too

docker-machine does work in general on OS X 10.11 El Capitan, at least I'm using it successfully. :-)

Could you post some logs with the rigger command you ran and the specific errors it produced? Then we can pin them down and fix them.

can confirm that rigger, boot2docker etc. works on El Capitan 👍

this is mostly brew problem, it's permissions needs to be sorted out before running rigger

and this Warning: You are using OS X 10.11.
We do not provide support for this pre-release version.
should be removed

That's probably brew since that's nowhere in the rigger codebase.
