Add custom settings presets save and load

Would be nice to have settings presets we can save and rename according to our needs, then load them in realtime to the UI with a button like we load a settings file rn.

Putting this here as an idea at this stage and time.

huh I like this idea, reminds me of like blender and their preset menu on renders something like this?

@Funofabot worked on a settings overhaul, might be better to implement this only after he's done.

But yeah, something like this :)
