I have had email communication with their managers, and they are aware that some service nodes on their platform have infringed upon our open-source license. However, they still refuse to take down those infringing service nodes, which I find shameful on their part. I believe this is not an isolated case. Their platform is surely rampant with copyright infringement, and they profit from it. We will take necessary actions to protect our rights in the near future.
It looks like Replicate is using the insight face model on their platform and charge developers by usage.
Here are some examples:
https://replicate.com/fofr/face-to-sticker
https://replicate.com/fofr/cinematic-redmond
https://replicate.com/fofr/become-image
Are these allowed by insight face since it's non-commercial license only? Thanks!
