Valuators can not access directly to answer a proposal from the front-end (legacy redesign)

Describe the bug

From the front-end and as a valuator, I can not access directly to evaluate a proposal where I'm assigned.
In the old design, we used to have an icon that allows valuators to directly access the admin panel page to answer the proposal they were viewing.

To Reproduce

1. Log in as a valuator
2. From the front-end, go to a proposal you have assigned
3. See that you can not directly access to the admin panel page where to evaluate that proposal

Expected behavior

As a valuator assigned to a proposal, I expect to have a button that brings me to the admin panel page of the proposal I'm seeing. More precisely, to that URL:
/admin/participatory_processes/process-name/components/3/manage/proposals/5#proposal-answer
