Bookworm: new way to configure NFS #2394
Comments
FYI, I have a PR (that I haven't pushed yet) which substantially reworks the NFS client/server role and also adds (optional) Kerberos support (which depends on another PR which I haven't pushed yet). |

Debian finally offers a "proper" way to configure NFS :þ
With Bookworm comes a new /etc/nfs.conf file (and /etc/nfs.conf.d). See https://manpages.debian.org/bookworm/nfs-common/nfs.conf.5.en.html 👍
So previous options/conffiles no longer works, at least the ones i used… (such as "RPCMOUNTDOPTS=" or "STATDOPTS=" in /etc/default/nfs-kernel-server and /etc/default/nfs-common).
