find nth character in contents sql editor.

I just started using DBeaver a few weeks back and I can't imagine it has not been asked before (and yes I searched for similar discussions), but is there a way to find the nth character in an sql script (or even better last executed statement)? I sometimes get errors like "error at character 4577" Without stating character or line. Then I go to my favorite editor (emacs) to find my character & line there.
PS https://github.com/orgs/dbeaver/discussions/11907 is related, but it would be nice to have this in DBeaver (in emacs as a meta argument one specifies how many times next command is going to be executed, where the next command is '->' (one character to the right).
