Brew cask is not working for bin/dev-setup script #107

when calling bin/dev-setup with Homebrew 4.0.10 installed

Error: `brew cask` is no longer a `brew` command. Use `brew <command> --cask` instead.

i'm going to open a PR to fix this
the question is - should the old brew version be supported?
