This information to collect. We can include in Phase 1 or a later phase if that is better.
It would be nice to collect information on whether there are scholarships to cover cost of attending the conference.

@reshamas should we have a catalogue for the different types of scholarships? or it could be 3 new boolean columns? In the second option, if there are new grant types, we would need to modify the DB again to a new column.
