To publish all the relevant data as Linked Data (see #30), I plan to produce nanopublications for everything (submissions, reviews, decisions, etc.). Here is a first preliminary one to introduce the journal: https://github.com/data-science-hub/files/blob/master/nanopubs/journal-intro.pre.trig

Ideally, I would like to produce and publish them on the spot, so there will be a (more or less) regular flow of nanopublications as new data becomes available. This will be mostly metadata in the beginning, but it can include semantic content data once authors start using semantic publishing features.
