Should we integrate (or encourage the use of) Authorea for paper writing/discussing?

It doesn't hurt. That platform is evolving - being an "early promoter" - could have benefits downstream.

Authorea is now mentioned in the guidelines as an easy way to write papers in HTML: http://datasciencehub.net/guidelines.html
