[Broken Website] Wikipedia/Wikimedia projects

Prerequisites

• I searched for any existing report about this website issue to avoid opening a duplicate.
• I can reproduce this website issue in a new, unmodified web browser profile with Dark Reader installed as the only extension.

Website Issue Description

on Wikipedia, and possibly on other Wikimedia projects, there is an issue where infoboxes take a few seconds to load, resulting in a flash of unstyled CSS. after discussing on the Wikipedia Discord server, they have said that infobox styles get loaded in a separate HTTP request and could be delayed if on a particularly slow connection and if there is a style being injected. after disabling the addon, the issue subsided, just to be sure that this is the problem. this issue is similar to #469
