GPU usage when idle

Hello, I have version 2.0.8 on W11 22h2 with a 4090RTX and DJV uses 50% GPU when doing basically nothing, I just loaded a jpeg sequence? as soon as I minimize the window it drops to 0%

Hi, me too same version and system but on Radeon rx580, empty window and GPU at 100% and from 60% to 80% when minimized.

Also some graphical problems, black blocks in the lower right corner partly cover the video interface and in the upper right there are defects, lines moving over the icons (version 2.0.8).
