'dispatch_failed' Error During Danswer Slack Bot Integration

Hello,
I've been attempting to integrate Danswer with our Slack instance, but I've encountered some issues. I followed all the instructions provided in the Slack Bot Setup guide within the Danswer documentation. However, when I tried to interact with the DanswerBot, I received a "dispatch_failed" error.

I've double-checked the setup process and can't seem to identify what might be causing this issue. Could you assist me in troubleshooting this problem? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
