How to use this repository?

To re-run analyses and reproduce the figures and results run code in Pmystaceus_analysis.R after downloading or cloning the repository and setting your R working directory to the root of the folder.

Which datasets?

The datasets used for analyses and various plots are indicated in the R code and are located with the data folder. There are lots of spectral reflectance files that are brought in using the R package Pavo and further processed.
