Adding Slovenian characters

What is your problem
I would like to see Slovenian characters being added: ŠŽČ

Describe the solution you'd like
Luckily, the Slovakian alphabets already include the above characters. Therefore, all other Slovakian characters can be excluded except ŠŽČ.

We would just need a new row entry (Slovenian) in Characters dropdown with exclusion filter from Slovakian characters:

As you can see, the Slovak and Slovenian alphabets are very similar, with only a few differences. The main differences are:

• Slovak has the letters Ď, Ĺ, Ň, Ŕ, and Ť, which Slovenian does not have.
• Slovenian has the letters Č, Š, and Ž with acute accents, while Slovak does not.
• Slovenian has the letter J with a caron, while Slovak does not.
