What

The "release" workflow uses ghr to manipulate GitHub Releases.
We can now use GitHub's official command line tool gh provided by the Ubuntu virtual environment.

How

Describe how to address the issue.

Checklist

  • Finish implentation of the issue
  • Test all functions
  • Have enough logs to trace activities
  • Notify developers of necessary actions
