Typescript definition generation fails for ObjectLiteral fields #74

This fails to build as there is no type definition for the typescript type definition.

    [ObjectLiteral]
    public class BookmarkTreeNode
    {
        public BookmarkTreeNode[] children { get; set; }
    }
