Why does the order of the backend and the locations matter in the yml? #275

It seems if you change the order of the locations and backends key before you do a check then everything is happy but not if you do it in reverse. On another note it seems yml comments aren't well supported as that seems to change the order of the yml file or messes it up. |

I am playing around with the yml organization and I find that if you put the backend on top of the locations after you have done a check command you get now an error exit code 1, which is odd since the order of the yml shouldn't matter right?
