Documentation for MSSQL custom CA certificates is incorrect / incomplete #8244

Describe the bug
You cannot connect to an MSSQL database over SSL using a self-signed CA by following the instructions in the documentation.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Read the docs
Follow the docs
Attempt to connect to an MSSQL database
Fail

Expected behavior
Following the documentation should enable me to connect.
