计算旋转IOU时的数据格式 #139

您好，我想借鉴计算两个旋转框的IOU的代码，请问旋转框（x,y,w,h,θ）是否归一化, θ的角度范围改为[-π/2，π/2）是否有影响?
因为我直接使用的话IOU会出现nan
