Notifications application is broken

Description

Hello,

Our Notifications application, /notifications is broken:

• Broadcast messages doesn't appear anywhere
• Normal notifications directly go to the history
• Document name isn't mentioned in history while it's on the notification itself

Steps to reproduce

1. Receive a notification
2. Click the bell
3. Click "Open notifications panel"
4. Witness the mess

Expected behavior

• Broadcast messages appears in the All tab
• Normal notifications don't directly go to the history
• Document names are mentioned in history as well
