Description:
Messages for proposal commit are truncated/incorrect

Version/Build: mesa-1.6_openstack-os-build.3508.dev

Browsers Used: IE11.0

Reproduction Steps:

  1. Using the CLI run the command to commit the proposal(by the name setNeutron) for quantum(Neutron)
  2. The proposal is added to the queue, however the message is truncated or not clear.
  3. The message reads "Queued setNeutron because ["d24-b6-fd-f6--8e-28.crowbar.org"]
  4. The message is ambiguous as to what it is trying to state.

Observed Results:
Messages for proposal commit are truncated/incorrect

Expected Results:
Message for any CLI operations should be clear

Impact:
Messages not being clear, would result in ambiguity
