[Bug] Dependencies Install (Unable to resolve Dependency Tree)

Steps to reproduce

1.- Download zip file from website. https://www.creative-tim.com/product/notus-svelte#
2.- Unzip
3.- Run the command that comes in documentation ( npm run install:clean )
4.- After Installation and running, open your browser at localhost:5000

Application to be running

What is actually happening?

No resources are being loaded in the website in localhost:5000, Error 403

Additional comments

I spent sometimes with issues of dependencies because of the node version. I finally got everything installed correctly with Node 16.13.1
