Smooth navigation transitions for navbar

I like the way that the side nav makes smooth scrolling transitions when moving from section to section. Can the top navigation have that same behavior?

Thank you for your interest in working with our products, if you want to implement this transition for the navbar from your project please set and adapt the properties for vertical-nav from assets/demo/verical-nav.css to your customized navbar.
