This will be an experiment to add containers/libhvee as a replacement for the current PowerShell implementation. The idea is to remain fully compatible (allow switching between them) so we can eventually switch over.

This will take care of the essential functionality:

  • create
  • start
  • stop
  • delete

We are generating gen 2 images now that can boot legacy and GPT.
