The documentation says how I can create a sidebar but it doesn't tell me where to put it. I'm also not seeing any basic layout documentation. Since I'm developing an app using Vue I was looking in the Vue as well as in the Vanilla JS documentation.
I saw there are repositories for the admin templates. There I could find this pattern:

But this also doesn't really work. At this point the sidebar is partially covering the rest of the application.
The admin template's

also has the following CSS rule:If I add this in my custom CSS it works. But I can't tell if I'm supposed to do that.
So, full examples of different types of sidebars would be really, really appreciated. If this is already documented can someone please tell me where?
