Support `min_bytes` on Kafka config #58

After adding min_bytes to the Kafka config file on global-web we started getting the following error:

rake stdout: Nothing written
--
11:52:25 |   |   | rake stderr: rake aborted!
11:52:25 |   |   | ArgumentError: unknown keyword: min_bytes
11:52:25 |   |   | /home/cookpad/global_web/shared/bundle/ruby/2.4.0/gems/ruby-kafka-0.6.7/lib/kafka/client.rb:58:in `initialize'

We removed it from the config for now, but we like to be able to add it back.
