Cannot migrate database #1826

@zeridon we're you able to find a solution for this. I have similar environment to yours, though mine is running on localhost and not in docker. Also, my error is OperationalError cannot read database file. Any help would be appreciated 👍. |

Fresh project just built with
cookiecutter https://github.com/cookiecutter-flask/cookiecutter-flask
After going into the directory and
docker-compose build
-ing i am doing the db stuffdocker-compose run --rm manage db init
- OKdocker-compose run --rm manage db migrate
- FAIL with:sqlalchemy/sqlalchemy#9188 and sqlalchemy/sqlalchemy#9167 seem related, but my python knowledge is not on the necessary level to apply the proposed fix.
