The autocomplete/suggested words/predictive text bar on the onscreen keyboard presents a security risk in two ways:
The autocomplete bar on Gboard and others reveals what's currently being typed in a large and legible font, revealing sudo passwords to anyone who cares to see them.
There's an additional risk of passwords being stored in the keyboard dictionary.
As well as being a security risk, the autocomplete bar also takes up valuable screen space, restricting terminal output to a smaller part of the screen, thereby reducing the ability to read terminal outputs as they whizz by.
Few, if any, CLI commands are in the spelling dictionary anyway, so it's arguably an unneeded feature in the first place.
