Fuzzy search

• Fuzzy search should start only when user has typed 2+ characters
• Criteria for the search is the title and description (full description, not truncated desc)
  (should this be the description provided in the yaml file or the readme?)

Input

• When user starts typing, the placeholder text should disappear and the 'x' should reappear
• When user hovers over the 'x', the tooltip should change
