Errors when trying to store 'limit-active-tasks' strategy in DB

Hello folks,

I wanted to start measure limit-active-tasks but when I enabled that strategy (in a chain) I noticed tons of above errors.. Can anyone point me to the right direction what may be wrong? Do I have to change anything manually? I'm using RDS PostgreSQL. Thanks for help!
