Options:

  1. Jekyll on GitHub pages
  2. Hugo deployed by Travis to AWS

№ 2 might be best, since it effectively exercises my workshop code…

GitHub Actions exists now, so deploying to GitHub Pages from Hugo is an option.

I've been getting really deep into the Pandoc ecosystem lately, so maybe that's another option.

Maybe use Zola instead of Hugo?
