Element styling the comments area

So when I was writing out a comment this morning I noticed the link I placed inside it had no underline
Below image has an unordered list with 2 list items and a link

The idea is not necessarily to have the exact same styling as the font-size letter spacing and margins are fine in comments.

But more so for links, list items, and element styling.
