Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Do you have the following functionality: I can as admin invite my staff to join a conversation in the ticketing support system but I want to approve each message from customers to be visible for my staff. For example: Customer can send private sensitive information and I don’t want someone from my staff sees it inside the system without my approval. Each incoming message I want to approve to be visible for my staff or not visible.
