I am not sure what could be the issue, but lots of emails/replies are being sent out to old tickets of two particular users (these happen to be our accounts – I stopped these from sending or receiving emails from the host, however, emails/tickets are still being updated to the old ticket). Disabling the KB Support – Email Support plugin stops the email from being sent. could there be an issue, or is there something I need to do? Then how do I delete the tens of thousands of tickets created in one go instead of manually deleting them?
Then, right now there are over 55,000 emails this will take an eternity to go through if the only bulk option is what you suggest.... is there a way to delete all tickets associated with a particular user? or is there a possibility of deleting them from the database -phpmyadmin https://kb-support.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=19624&action=edit
