Custom theme - Hex field to enter color

⚬ PROBLEM:

Adding custom colors to match a desktop theme can be difficult with the existing, imprecise color thing that's currently there.
⚬ SOLUTION:

A field where you can enter in a hex value, and it will use that color.
⚬ ALTERNATIVES:

⚬ RELEVANCE / SCOPE:

This would be nice to have for those that would need it, and for those that don't, they don't have to use it. It shouldn't be too hard to implement.
