Is your feature request related to a problem?

I think it might be helpful to be able to import distros using the information provided by libosinfo.

Provide a detailed description of the proposed feature

To be able to do:

cobbler import --name fedora-38-x86_64 --osinfo fedora38

This is basically the same thing as the os_version variable currently used and passed to virt-install as it uses libosinfo as well.
