Is your feature request related to a problem?

We've been making use of a modified version of rhn_certificate_based_register to register systems with Red Hat. This file seems to have gone away. We still need this functionality.

Provide a detailed description of the proposed feature

Systems can be registered either with a username and password, or with an organization ID and an activation key.

Alternatives you've considered

Nothing really.
