本问题来自云原生社区 Istio SIG，我们都知道 Istio 中的 sidecar 使用的是 Envoy，但是这个 Envoy 又跟 Envoy 社区的那个官方的发行版不同，究竟进行了哪些改动？本 issue 将就这个问题展开讨论。

怎么查看当前istio使用的envoy 的哪个版本？是通过配置文件吗？
