According to Chrome:

This site can’t provide a secure connectioncloudstudy.net sent an invalid response.
ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

According to Firefox:

Secure Connection Failed
An error occurred during a connection to cloudstudy.net. SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length.
Error code: SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG

Maybe that's what he meant... in any case, the site is not available.
